Mileseey TR256i Android mini thermal camera

Compact, lightweight, and ready to use almost anywhere—the Mileseey TR256i is a thermal camera designed specifically for Android devices equipped with a USB-C port, offering a completely new way to observe your surroundings. This handy accessory, which connects directly to a smartphone or tablet via a USB-C port, combines high-resolution thermal imaging, a wide temperature measurement range, high-precision readings, and practical analytical features. It allows you to quickly detect concerning temperature differences, track the hottest and coldest spots, and react immediately thanks to temperature alarms. The package is complemented by a professional Android app, various color palettes, and a wide field of view, making the TR256i ideal for both everyday use and more specialized diagnostic applications.

Detailed thermal imaging always at your fingertips

The TR256i is equipped with a sensor offering 256 × 192 infrared resolution, which translates to 49,152 thermal pixels. This level of detail allows for better visualization of temperature distribution and faster identification of areas requiring attention. A 25 Hz refresh rate ensures a smooth and comfortable viewing experience, which is especially important when working on the move or analyzing changing conditions. An additional advantage is thermal sensitivity of ≤50 mK, allowing the camera to detect even subtle temperature differences, providing a clearer and more useful overview of the situation.

Wide field of view and clear temperature display

The TR256i offers an ultra-wide 56° × 42° field of view, making it easier to cover a larger area at a glance. In practice, this means more convenient scanning of rooms, installations, or equipment without having to constantly change positions. The thermal image displayed on the screen of a phone or tablet is clear and easy to analyze, which significantly improves work comfort. This solution is particularly useful when a quick assessment of the situation is crucial and the ability to detect a potential problem on the first scan is essential.

Precise measurement over a wide range

The camera enables temperature measurement over a very wide range (from –15°C to 600°C). This makes it suitable for both observing cooler surfaces and analyzing components that generate high temperatures. Detection accuracy of ±2% and high measurement precision of ±2°C allow for reliable readings in various application scenarios. Such a wide range and measurement accuracy make the TR256i a valuable asset wherever temperature control is critical.

Smart features that simplify analysis

The camera automatically tracks the hottest and coldest points in the image, allowing you to locate problem sources faster and assess temperature distribution without manually searching for anomalies. You also have access to a configurable temperature alarm that alerts you to values that are too high or too low. The device can display high-quality thermal images, take measurements, capture thermal photos of the object being inspected, and perform analysis using a professional app, making the entire process more convenient and organized.

Six color palettes for even better visibility

Depending on operating conditions and your preferences, you can choose from six color palettes that make it easier to interpret the thermal image. You can select from High Resolution Rainbow, White Hot, Black Hot, Red Hot, Rainbow, Iron, and Cold Blue modes, allowing you to tailor the temperature display to a specific application. This flexibility translates to a clearer visualization of thermal changes and easier tracking of areas with high or low temperatures. This gives you better control over the analyzed image and allows you to detect anomalies faster.

Compact design built for field work

One of the TR256i’s greatest advantages is its small, compact size. As an accessory for a phone with the appropriate connector, the camera remains handy and easy to take with you practically anywhere. It doesn’t take up much space, doesn’t require carrying a separate, bulky device, and allows you to perform thermal scans whenever you need to—at work, at home, in the workshop, or during a quick field inspection. This equipment is designed with mobility, convenience, and immediate readiness for action in mind.

Versatile application in everyday diagnostics

The TR256i is useful wherever you need to quickly identify temperature-related issues. The camera helps detect hidden electrical faults, energy losses, signs of water damage, and other thermal anomalies. It is ideal for detecting circuit problems, medical monitoring, HVAC testing, and electrical inspections.
